Read-only agent workspace
A founder or staff member issues a time-limited grant. You redeem it here (or via RPC redeem_agent_read_grant) to see companies, formation stage, and upcoming dues. Nothing here files with a Secretary of State or the IRS. No writes.
Redeem a grant
Paste the bearer token (starts with vzr1_) or open the URL the founder copied. Tokens are hashed at rest, expire, and can be revoked. Unattended filing stays false.
RPC: redeem_agent_read_grant · POST with public publishable key · no service role
Not a filing API. This page and the redeem RPC return stage and upcoming dues only — no EIN, owners, documents, or staff notes. Do not treat a grant as permission to file, pay, or email the founder unattended. Humans still complete Secretary of State and IRS work.
