Vrutaz is a human-staffed formation provider. Customers create an account and submit company details. Staff complete state filings and IRS EIN work. There is no public API for unattended filing.

## Who it is for

- Founders outside the United States who need a US LLC or C-Corp
- Founders who need an EIN without an SSN
- Operators who want registered agent, a document vault, and deadline reminders in one dashboard

States sold today: Wyoming, Delaware, Florida, Texas, New Mexico. Entities: LLC and C-Corp (C-Corp only where the catalog allows it).

## Constraints

- Not a law firm or CPA firm. The calendar is a reminder system, not a substitute for a tax attorney.
- Not a complete IRS or secretary-of-state database. Some dates are labeled estimated / plan-ahead.
- Stripe checkout stays off until the operator enables it. Opening an account is free.
- No unattended formation: staff complete filings after a human customer account exists.
- FinCEN removed BOI reporting for US-formed companies (August 2026). Do not invent a BOI deadline.
