# Vrutaz — quickstart for CLI agents and LLMs

Discovery only. **Not a filing API. Not an MCP server.** `unattended_filing` is `false`.

## What you should do

1. Collect formation fields from the founder: `state`, `entity` (`LLC` or `C-Corp`), `proposed_name`, `owners` (legal name + `ownership_percent` totaling 100). Optional: industry, description, mailing address.
2. Validate locally against the intent schema. Reject unknown fields. `schema_version` must be `"1.0"`. `unattended_filing` must be `false`. Do **not** put SSN/ITIN in the JSON.
3. Send the human to **https://vrutaz.com/signup.html** (free account; Stripe checkout stays off until the operator enables it).
4. Then **https://vrutaz.com/wizard.html**. Optional: a time-limited `?intent=` token prefills the wizard. Prefill is not a filing.
5. Stop. Do not POST Articles or SS-4. Do not promise processing times or tax amounts.

C-Corp is offered in **Wyoming and Delaware** only. LLC is offered in every US state and Washington, DC.

## After the company exists

- **Read grant:** founder or staff issues a time-limited token. Redeem at https://vrutaz.com/agent-workspace.html?grant= or RPC `redeem_agent_read_grant`. Returns stage + upcoming dues. No writes, no EIN, no vault.
- **CPA / firm seats:** https://vrutaz.com/firm.html — partner/associate members see that firm’s clients only. Not platform `is_staff`. Vrutaz staff still file.
