Compliance calendar
This page is a map of the kinds of dates a US company usually meets. It is a reminder guide, not a substitute for a CPA or tax attorney, and not a complete IRS or secretary-of-state database.
After you form, the dashboard builds a calendar from your filing date, state, and entity. Open it from Tax & compliance once you are signed in.
Federal income tax
- Partnership returns (Form 1065) are typically due March 15 for calendar-year filers.
- Corporate returns, including Form 5472 with a pro-forma 1120, are typically due April 15.
- Extensions exist. We date them as plan-ahead, not as a promise that the state will wait.
States we publish dates for
- Wyoming — annual report on the first day of the anniversary month of formation.
- Delaware LLC — $300 annual tax due June 1. Delaware C-Corp — franchise tax and annual report due March 1. The franchise amount is not computed here.
- Florida — annual report window January 1–May 1. We date May 1 as due.
- Texas — franchise tax and public information report due May 15 for calendar-year filers, with a first-report rule that depends on the formation date.
- New Mexico LLCs — no SOS annual report.
Sales tax and payroll
Sales-tax due days are estimated until nexus is confirmed. Payroll 941 / 940 reminders appear only as estimated chips until staff confirm you have employees. Delaware has no state sales tax.
What we do not put on a countdown
FinCEN’s August 2026 final rule removed BOI reporting for companies formed in the United States. The dashboard says no action required. Do not expect a BOI deadline for a domestic company.
